Every once in a while, my computer freezes and I have to hold the power button to shut it down. After I restart it, it seems fine. Can you help me?
Yes, we are definitely able to help. There are many reasons this can be happening so it would be best to evaluate your computer before offering suggestions.

I am not sure what maintenance should be done regularly on my computer?
We recommend installing Windows Updates, performing a disk cleanup, disk defragmentation, and anti-virus scan at minimum on a regular basis.

My computer runs very slowly. It is driving me crazy. Is it time for a new one?
This is a difficult question to answer as there are many factors to consider. The first question we ask is what the age of your computer is, and follow that up with addressing what your computing needs are. If the computer is relatively new, we can advise you as to whether your computer is able to be upgraded or if you’d be better served by purchasing a new one. If the computer should be sufficient for you, there’s a possibility of a virus/spyware/malware infection which we’ll happily clean up for you.

There is a message on my computer that says my virus software needs to be renewed. What is the best virus software?
This question is like asking what the best car manufacturer is. If you ask ten people, you’re likely to get ten different answers. In our experience, we’ve had good luck with AVG’s products.

Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
Lately it seems that most of our work has been in virus/spyware/malware removal. If something odd starts happening with your computer, chances are you have an infection. We’re big on computer maintenance, and peform monthly upkeep for our business clients which stops problems before they start.

Yes we do. If your computer is powered on and connected to the Internet, we can begin a remote session from anywhere.

Do you install memory?
Absolutely! RAM is the most commonly upgraded part of a computer.

I bought a new computer and I don’t know how to transfer my photos and music from my old computer.
We’re happy to help you transfer any of your personal items from your old computer to your new one. Programs will need to be installed on the new computer, but Internet favorites, pictures, music, video, documents, etc. can be transferred over.
